It should be safe don't worry. Unless you are allergic to cotton now that could be a game changer.

50% polyester, 30% rayon, 10% hemp, 10% other. Anything else will make you weaker and deplete free testosterone.

    NOOOOOOOOOOO. Cotton gives you GYNO!

jk. Any shirt you and your nipples are comfortable with is fine.

ok, seriously? Because you sound serious.

I wear wife beaters. 100% cotton. By the time my session is done its drenched in sweat. Try getting a full t shirt off when its soaking wet and sticking to you like a second skin. No thank you!

I don't care.what it's made of, as long as it covers my nipples and I can get it off easily at shower time. Ie no sleeves! Hell, marcus works out in full latex bodysuits. Must be for the sauna effect on shedding water.

You mean to tell me you wear clothes when you workout? What a weirdo. Go all natural bro, greatest gains ever.

I have a psychological cotton shirt I wear on almost every squat day. It fits great and for some reason the bar doesn't make it feel weird underneath. Or, maybe it's just in my head. Squat day is the only day I worry about a shirt. I exercise often without a shirt and have a sweat towel sitting close by.
