Hey guys, just wondering, I know everyone is different as far as recovery, schedules, and preference but for anyone who has run Norton's PHAT routine how many days off did you take before starting the cycle over?

It's laid out like this

day 1 upper power
day 2 lower power
day 3 off
day 4 back delts hypertrophy
day 5 lower hyper
day 6 chest arms hyper
day 7 off

Did anyone who has run this start the cycle again on what would be day 8?
