Wrist straps for bench and curl

I've had what feel like shin splints in my Forearm for well over a month now. Mostly on curls and presses. Someone told me that wrist straps to keep my wrists tight will make the Forearm splints go away. Where is a good place to buy them though? Couldn't really decide where to put this, thought maybe under lifting and technique since it's equipment for lifting properly?

Just a theory, unless you need to lift heavy to develop strength for a income bring job, like college or pro athletics then you don't need to lift that heavy for it may give you problems later on in life, listen to your body for it doth speak you just need to listen.

    Exactly.
When I had something similar, I laid off curling for about a month. It healed up good. It's annoying, but sometimes resting a particular aching body part is best in the long run.

Just like the above said. If you have to take time off, do it. Its better in the long run of things. Also, fish oils are your best friend in my opinion. Good luck buddy!
