3 body parts a day split?

Who has had good results as far as mass building from doing chest triceps and shoulders day 1 then day 2 back, traps, biceps, day 3 legs and repeat?
I am currently doing the 1 muscle a day thing and had amazing results doing that but its been a long time since I have switched it up and I feel like its getting old and harder to gain muscle.

    Any thoughts?

My personal opinion would be not to do cheat and shoulders in the same workout.
    Try a 4 day split
    Monday chest triceps
    Tuesday legs
    Wednesday rest
    Thursday shoulders traps
    Friday back biceps

    I do a 3 day split:

    Monday: Chest, Bi's, Tri's
    Wednesday: Legs
    Friday: Back, Shoulders

HIT training. Perfect for me as I've gotten older. Not suited for everyone though. I'd go with the 4 day split as recommended above.
