WTF Squat and lower back pain???

Okay not your simple "bad form" back pain. I'm fine while I'm doing the exercise. Keeping the weight over my heels not "breaking" at the waist. Controlled motion up and down. I don't feel anything pain while doing the exercise it's when I rack the weight and come out from under the bar. I get the pain sensation like my lower spine is decompressing. I don't have pain the day after but my lower back does feel tired? Is this just my core needs more strength or what?

BTW I did 3X8 365 was planning on four sets but my back was too tired / sore for the last set only completed 5 reps then racked it. So it's not super heavy weights either.

sounds like muscle spasm/tightness. are you consuming good amount of carbs, drinking enough water? I get these pains once a while, I take what Austinite suggested, Taurine, it helped.

Ugh not what I wanted to hear but probably the best advice. I was talking with a competitor friend and she was giving me crap about the low carbs in my diet. You mention the carb intake. I guess you two are onto something. And I'm going to have to go back to her and tell her she was right. lol

    Thanks for your perspective.

yea you look pretty dry there, I am thinking not enough carbs to recover. basically you're compounding the damage to your muscle, not giving enough time to heal before you hit it again.
