You work your forearms when you do other exercises, but if you notice that they're lacking size compared to other muscles you may want to add a forearm workout. Ask PaPaPumP, he's got a huge right forearm!!!![]()

1 - my job requires great strength in that area
2 - chicks dig it when your have huge forarms with veins sticking out. that way you don't have to wear a tight shirt to show off your upper arm.
i do them on arm day...but big forearms are just ANOTHER reason to wear tight shirts, as if any of us need another reason. i don't know about you guys, but i have a whole closet full of tight shirts..Originally posted by KeyMastur

Do your forarms after your back workout they will be nice and warm.Do wrist curls superset with reverse barbell curls and the babys will burn...
Instead of using the barbell for the reverse wrist curls, try using the EZ curl bar. the curves help out on your wrists since they naturally are at an angle.Originally posted by bexsome
