4 day training cycle
Day 1 = 2miles
Day 2 = 2.5miles
Day 3 = 3miles
Day 4 = 3.5miles
Day 5 = 4miles
Day 6 = 4.5miles
Day 7 = 5miles "of cardio"
i'm going to use this plan for 31 days to see how much body fat i can drop. any suggestions or tips i should use along with this? i'm going to try & keep my Protein intake around 270g per day and my Fats around 100 - 120g per day.
i will be training with free weights (steele & cast iron) for 1hr, 4 days a week. i know that i'm going to probley loose some muscle mass during this mth of dieting but i should cut up alot. i'll put the muscle back on after i shed the fat.![]()
