Just started the 20 rep squats power programme on monday. Everything went good not to taxing though i am expecting that to change.
Program is
Exercise Sets Reps
Power Cleans 5 3
Squat 1 20
Overhead Press 2-3 12
Chin-ups 2 do until failure
Dips 2 10
Conventional Deadlifts 1 15
It is done on M W F running for 6 weeks only thing i,m going to change is
Bench for overheads and RDLS FOR DEADS on alternating workouts. Also started drinking whole milk about 2 litres a day.
So if anybody has done this workout whats to expect such as how brutal are they, how much size can be gained thanks in advance.
