Workout to gain muscle density and definition, and avoid muscle volume

    Hey guys,

Im 35, 6 feet, around 14% bf, been training for about 20 years.

Im on a high protein, low carb diet for about 2 months now.

    I have this question:

How to train biceps, without aiming for muscle size. The reason im saying this is bcoz they grow very, very quickly. One short sessions per week and BAM !!

So i would like to emphasize on definition, muscle shaping, and minimize the muscle volume aspect.

Heavy with very short rest ? light with short rest ? drop sets ?

I need ur help on that one

    Thanks.

to maintain size, do exactly whatever you're doing now. don't up the weight, reps, or sets. do exactly the same routine, if you just want to maintain.

to improve definition, lose bf. your veins and muscle striations will be more visible.

I havent done biceps for a while now because they grow too fast in proportion to everything else. I have noticed, though, that by doing heavy high volume back my biceps density is increasing even though they r the same size. Might be worth a try for a few weeks

I wasn't able to do biceps for a while due to tendinitis. But doing a lot of back work helped keep them strong. Now that I'm doing biceps again, they're working good.
