when do you do them? with chest or?

you could train triceps with back, or give a day just for biceps/triceps

biceps,legs,back,traps,lats
im not saying my triceps are easily fatigued, but they are weak, even with enough rest, i cant lift more weight.
yeah, change you routine.. try warming up with pressdowns then close grip bench presses & add a couple of pounds each workout.. the weight will fly up..
i like to altrenate between light & heavy days.. heavy = close grip bench progessivly adding weight each workout & skull crushers & dips.. light= 1 arm extensions & kickbacks & pushdowns... pushdowns are done light at beggining of heavy day aswel for the joints..
try
day 1 legs
day 2 shoulders & tris
day 3 off
day 4 back & bis
day 5 chest
day 6 off
day 7 =either day 1.. or additional day offf
eat lots.. sleep well.. if you have additonal money buy protein bcaa & glutamine.. creatine may help strength..
