    2 a days

    Anyone do 2 a days?

    Is it worth it?
    Would you recommend it?

No and no. Unless you have some sort of competition coming up. You should be able to demolish any body parts you train in one sitting. If not, you're doing too much.

It depends on what you mean. For a while, I was hitting the weights after I woke up and before I went to work. Then after I got off of work, I would do my cardio. With my work schedule, it worked out better that way. Now if you are talking about lifting weights twice a day, then no.

what is your sport, what is your goal. twice a day is very little if you intend to be good at anything - on gear makes it even less...

So the more gear you use the more times a day you should train?

almost correct, you want to train as many times as you can recover from therefor while running gear we assume you recover faster so you train more often. 3-5 sessions of 45 minutes a day is common with strenght athletes, at a very high intensity it can only be done (injury free) while on
