    Looking for suggestions for legs

So I recently hurt my back (but feeling a bit better now) and have learned using the sled isn't good for it. I had not been doing squats because, honestly, my shoulders were killing me (I've killed my shoulders over the years) when trying to hold the bar during squats. I know, I'm old, what can I say?

Anyway, looking for suggestions on how I can get something good in for legs. I'd like to get back to squatting but trying to figure out how to do them without the pain.

    Thanks.

Maybe start off legs without them for now.
Go in Marcus diary thread and take a look at his leg days.

If you want squats a part of your routine, try pre exhausting them with curls, lunges etc before hitting squats, the lighter weight may help.

    Good luck

Thanks. I'll check out the diary and try pre-exhaustion.
