So I recently hurt my back (but feeling a bit better now) and have learned using the sled isn't good for it. I had not been doing squats because, honestly, my shoulders were killing me (I've killed my shoulders over the years) when trying to hold the bar during squats. I know, I'm old, what can I say? Anyway, looking for suggestions on how I can get something good in for legs. I'd like to get back to squatting but trying to figure out how to do them without the pain. Thanks.
