    Thick back

    I want to ask you guys a question and the question is
    is there any kind of special exercises which help to made your back thick or it comes naturally when putting some mass.if there is any special kind of exercises to made your back thick then what are the exercises for it.

    allot of it is genetics, but there are plenty of back exercises you can do, the key is rotating to confuse your muscles, and of course eating right. search youtube for idea.

    The basics have already been mentioned. There are a ton of back exercises. As mentioned use you tube. Switch things up but always do deadlifts.

    If your fairly new to lifting the mind-muscle connection is very important and the back is harder to make that connection. Probably cause you can't see your back...

    Start light and go very slow and make your mind fire only those muscles you want to work. If you go heavy first you may recruit too many other muscles assisting the movement. You might feel the connection quickly or it may take a few back days to feel it. Once you have the connection you can then go heavier and your mind will fire the correct muscles as long as form is correct.

    Don't get impatient. Eat a lot, lift a lot, grow a lot.
