It's only one week. You'll be fine. Enjoy your week, rest up and recharge and just nail it when you get back.

    Funny.

I just have a hard time maintaining strength for some reason. Last time i took a week off I had to pull 20 lbs from my workouts and it took a while to get back where I started. I'm assuming by your responses that's probably not normal. .

Calisthenics. Pull ups, dips, push ups, leg lifts or sit ups. All listed exercises have variations from easy to super hard. Choose your poison

You're not going to lose anything in one week. If you have in the past, it's most-likely mental, not physical. In fact, you should come back stronger after a week off if anything. Rest is a good thing for your body.

I agree 100%. You'll feel great when you get back in the gym.

    HOWEVER...

If not working out will have you so mind fvcked that you can't enjoy your time away, you can do all kinds of bodyweight exercises:

    Bodyweight Squats
    Burpees
Pull Ups (on whatever you can find)
    Box Jumps/Step Ups
    Push Ups (incline/decline etc.)
    Plyo-Push Ups
Squat Press (holding some kind of weighted object)

    etc.

I agree as well enjoy your vacation bro. I try to find a gym close by to where I stay on vacation but that's me. However the good news is that necessity is the mother of all innovation. When I first committed to the developing of my physique I had access to NOTHING but a bunk and a towel if you know what I mean. So I improvised,

    Close, Narrow, and Wide push-ups
Close, Narrow, and Wide pull-ups and chin-ups
    Water Bag curls
Goblet Squats with a decent weight
Inverted Rows with a towel and pole
    Walking Lunges
    Dips

Just use your mind and the possibilities are endless bro
