Still trying figure out drop sets and rest pause ect...
Did chest today. After cable warm up started on the incline bench as some of you recently suggested.
Pretty certain I have the rest pause down now... holy moly... type 2b muscle fibers screaming at me. Can't even finish my normal chest work out after that... but I'm going to try :-) Posting this while I recover a bit...
