So I'm goin through all areas of my body that I want to improve in 2014 and I really want to build up the trunk of my back. I've seen guys that their lower back looks like its made of a corset (sp?) of muscle from lower back wrapped around their waist. And a Christmas tree on Lower back.
What do u guys do to build that up? The excersise a that comes to mind are dead lift, sl deadlift, and back extensions. Should I just increase the volume of sets and let the process work or are there other workouts I can focus on?
