    Prefered Cardio for cutting

Okay guys i am wanting to begin to cut now after my just recent bulk cycle. I am wanting to maintain as much as possible muscle mass as i can. My question is morning fasted cardio gonna really waste muscle like i hear? Also I love to Jog. is jogging for 20 minutes morning a good basic way of cardio for a cut? I see pros doing low intensity cardio. What do you guys do?!

this is the tried and proven method during pre contest cut. If you have those macros correct you should be able to avoid significant muscle loss but you will almost always loose some during your cut but in the end after loosing the fat you will look bigger and weigh less

    this...
I do low intensity also and it definitely works well for holding onto muscle. I would never think to jog personally but that's just me.
I do elliptical for 30mins ed and every week I bumped it up 10 mins till I was doing 1hr. My resting heart rate is 68 and middle of work out is was usually 130

Depends on what shape your in. Basically low intensity. Just like you said. I little walk on little incline. Basically I see it as if your really bored cause you almost feel unproductive then your doing it right. Slower you go the less muscle is wasted imo
just like the slower you try to cut weight the more muscle you will hold on to
