    bicep/tricep struggling for growth?

I have been struggling to get my arms to grow, Ive been stuck at the same size for about 3 months now when I measure them. As weird as it may sounds sometimes I actually get a smaller measurement....

Here are the exercises I do:
    Standing dumbell curls
    Preacher Curls
    seated dumbell curls
    pull ups
curls on the cable with the straight bar

    skull crushers
    overheads with a dumbell
    dips
    close grip flat bench
    cable pull downs

What should I be adding or changing to help add size to my arms? Im doing 3 sets of 10 on each.

Your doing to many exercises IMHO, try cutting them down to 3 movements only and make sure your going to failure. You may think your training them hard enough but you wont be. Also only train them once per week but do them with as much intensity as possible. Start looking at other styles like HIT etc and make sure when your at the last rep it's impossible to complete another full rep.

Biceps specifically are only small muscles, seems quite a lot of exercises for such a small muscle, your biceps can grow without direct stimulation as they're a secondary for a lot of exercises that involve back. Like Marcus says make sure your last rep is popping veins in your forehead it's that hard. Strange you get smaller measurements, are you bulking at the present? If you're cutting or maintaining then that is most likely why they're not growing, you need to fuel them sorry if that's sucking eggs (teaching you basics)

Good luck man, keep at it and lift heavy til you can't lift anymore.

Both biceps and triceps are predominately fast twitch, therefore to maximize growth potential you need to train with high weight low reps. Add hammer curls to your list.
