the leaner you are the harder your muscles will be
Ya its all about leaning up. Just solid muscle will be hard. If its soft there is alot of fat/water in there and the best way is to diet. If u want some pill try some of those dieting energy pills, i dont know too much about them tho seeing as Im constantly trying to GAIN weight.
