Percentage workout
Back in the day I worked out with a group of Brothers of mine. We were incarcerated. My two mentors at that time were power lifters David Owens and Jaden Thompson. 6 days a week. These boys took me from a 145 pound man to a 220 pound man just lifting and eating.
The program we all used I call percentages. Basically it had 3 focus points Bench, Squats, and Deadlift. I moved my way up to 315, 455, and 405. This was a 6week workout and moved up in percentages of the goal weight over that 6 weeks.
I have now been prescribed (2ml) 400mg shot once a week. And I really thought this workout was amazing then. Now that I have test cyopitate I wanted to know if anyone knows this workout or one similar that I will see really good gains. For I have forgotten this routine over the years since
