Heya guys!

I haven't been here for a long time but getting back to the gym next month.

I was sorting out my financial situation

I'm looking to start a 5x5 routine since previously I did too advanced routine with too many exercises for a beginner.

I was doing mostly 3 sets of 12-8-6.

I've read about 5x5 training tehcnique from here:http://forums.steroid.com/lifting-te...echniques.html

I'm mostly looking to do it 3 times a week with 2 or 3 added exercises in the 8-10 rep range.

Can I use a cutting type diet while performing 5x5 ?

I want to get my bodyfat % to about 12.

In the sample workouts there were too many exercises in my opinnion and I don't want to repeat the same mistakes.

Could someone help me structure something more simple and more suiting for a beginner?
