Ok here goes, im 54 years old. I am ranked in the top ten in the nation for BMX racing for my age group. I was number 2 for awhile then dropped to 7th by the end of the racing season. I am currently receiving Test C injections from a low T center secondary to my first BW I was 184 TT, received 130mg/wk last month and am now up to 409 TT 2 months later.I am now receiving 150mg/wk with BW to follow in 3 weeks. my workout program is designed for me to gain strength and endurance. I have noticed a slight gain in both these the past two weeks. 5 foot 11 inches, 184lbs right around 10% BF. wouldn't mind gaining 10 t0 15 pounds of pure muscle but also need to keep my speed and quickness. my balls are shrinking so the doc has prescribed HCG and I should have it in a few days. would like to know what you guys think of my current workout program ?? it is more of a circuit training method with 30 seconds between stations.

Monday legs quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes 25 reps/15 reps/10 reps
Tuesday Upper body biceps, triceps shlds, back, forearms, traps, chest 25 reps/15/10
Wednesday abs upper/lower/obliques 25/15/10
Thursday practice 2-3 hours on the bike on a Bmx track
Friday Off
Saturday Full body workout (light)
Sunday practice 2-3 hrs on the bike on BMX track
all gym workouts 1 to 1 1/2 hours
all circuits are 3 excercises for each muscle group ie: biceps three different machines or free weights
I am eating plenty of protein and carbs and 2200 to 2500 calories/day
I seem to get my cardio during the circuits and the bike.
would less reps with more weight be more of a benefit ??
I have gained about 5 pounds in the last 2 months.
