    I'm on deficit calories now. My question is how to avoid strength go down when I'm in deficit calories ?

    And in case you all will ask. No, I'm not on any cycle.

    There is really no way to avoid some strength loss while on a deficit. You will probably notice strength loss more in moves like squats, ohp and bench but you may be able to do more reps on movements like chins/pullups and dips.
