So I am 150 pounds. I can bench 185 pounds 4 times and 210 once. Looks like I am getting stronger after 4 months although when I look myself in the mirror, I only see marginal gains.

Strength and size don't always correlate equally
i.e. if you're not eating enough, you're not gonna get bigger....but you're strength gains will still increase
All things come with time. You are doing fine keep it up.
Thank you all for the encouragement
if size-strength had any good relation then bodybuilders would hold some weightlifting records, and as shown in action the connection is not there. they have very poor kilo per kilo efficiency in terms of strength, which of course is because their training has little ephasis on building strength...
Your doing good, always remember it is just a number on a piece of Iron, it is only there to help you keep track of youre progress not to compare to anyone else's .

Form is more important than the weight. Proper form will always gove you more weight but the most important thing is that you are working it the right way to increase it.
My opinion - if you are benching more than your bodyweight, you are doing more than 80% of the men in America if not more. Congrats and keep it up.
