Wink Home GYM Workout Program HELP

    Hi everyone!

Fairly new to this site! And thought I’d start here so I can start working on my progress for a specify training plan program that suits what I have.

    Little bit about myself
I’m currently 25 Years old male, I’m 75kg flat, roughly 177cm tall and my body fat is about 17%.
Have been slack the last 3 years of training and am now back into the swing and am ready to hit it again!
I just recently brought this home gym setup (value for money- think) apart from that I also have couple dumbbells & a straight bar with weights up to 35KG
I do work away and where I work they have a full gym setup with everything you can think off.
So for 2 weeks I have my setup. Than the other 2 weeks I have a gym setup, but spotters are quite hard to get and defitinly feel more comfortable with dumbbells and cable type machines

My Goal is to Obtain FULL body mass (buff up) and evenly cut up.
Obviously diet is a BIG portion of training, but I will be going to a nutritionist to obtain the right and correct food that will help me grow and keep me on track to a tailored food plan.
    I am trying to achieve 80 – 85kg but 10 – 12%BF
Full body (Legs, Arms, Chest, Back & Core)
Can you please have a detailed and carful look at the equipment I purchased and head me in the right direction to obtaining a detailed program for my specific workout tools? There are so many... So many exercise you can do but I just wanted to pick out the most beneficial ones for the setup I have.

If I have left out any info – Don’t hesitate in replying, Once again! Thank you for the time you have a read of my post, also thank you even more if you reply, Muchly Appreciated! A69

This looks like a flyer for selling a used car. There are people out there who write workouts for people. They're called personal trainers and they get paid for that.

With that being said there are lots of videos on you tube of workout routines. If you have a specific question I'd be happy to help you

I would start with a basic 5x5 training routine - Google it

    Run that for 3 months

Then pick one of these - http://forums.steroid.com/lifting-te...echniques.html

Maybe you should ask the guy who sold you the motel 6's old fitness center for a workout routine.

I was actually offering you help, and not trying to do things for you. Enjoy your new gym or probably what will end up as a towel rack

Wow! Condescend much? For someone looking for the benefit of other peoples expertise for *free*, your pretty callous in the way you go about it. Try actually *paying* someone for what you are looking for, then you can be a douche about it....till then, go Armor All your new towel rack....
