    Advice

Hello, I've been working out for a couple years now and now I feel like I keep on doing the same things every week and not getting anywhere. I am 6'2 225, around 25% body fat. I've been doing plenty of cardio to get my body fat down and basically have only been eating chicken, fish, vegetables, and eggs with some fiberous carbs. I'm trying to lose most of the fat in my stomach and gain muscle at the same time. I'm just looking for a way to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time. If there are any workout programs that you know about, please share with me. I would like a program where it tells me exactly what to do so I do not have to guess what to do myself. I am willing to pay for one.

    ---------------

I did it about 2 years ago and got quite lean and defined.

And if you want a well structured program this is IMO one of the best.

Get the original P90X. The second one sucks IMO and the third one is mostly for people who are limited in time.

Or you could do a little work searching online and find a gym workout routine that you like.

Whatever you do just stick with it and give 100% effort.

    ----------------------

As far as gaining muscle while losing fat, find out what your daily calorie allowance is and make sure to hit your proteins and reduce calories from carbs and fats slowly over time.

    ---------------------

I would keep cardio to 2-3, 20-30min sessions per week max, or better yet skip the cardio and instead do a HIIT routine, much better IMO.

    -Cheers

25% is a fair bit mate. . If your not losing fat its because your eating more than your body needs/burns off. Its that simple. What was everything you ate yesterday?
