What are your goals? Weight loss? Weight gain? Athletic performance? Bodybuilding? Powerlifting? Just looking good?
What are your time restraints? i.e how many days a week do you go to the gym?
Also, have you had your diet looked at on the boards as just because a diet is strict does not mean it is good...

Well, for one thing, you're gonna need to take a break every so often, even if it's only 1 day a week. If you're not seeing the results then it could be due to lack of recovery.

"Working out every day" can mean anything, and if you are not seeing results after a year then your workout is not effective.

"I have a strict diet" this can also mean anything, what is your bf%, if you are over 10% then your diet is not strict or is also ineffective IMO.

"Not seeing results like I want" what results were you shooting for?

"I work out 7 days a week never mid a day" I would normally say that you are not letting your body recover, but I think in your case it might be ineffective training routine.

"I want to get shredded" whats your current bf%?

"I now weigh 175 but it don't show" the weight gain is going to fat.

Those are my opinions can't help you more without knowing more info.

Best time to workout is whenever you can get your workout in.

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    TDEE
Daily Calorie intake with macro breakdown
    How many years training experience
    Workout breakdown
    Training goals
    Natural or on gear

    ---------------------------

How can you go from 135 to 175 in year with 8% bf and not be "shredded" ? Something is not adding up.

Typically a new bodybuilder who is young and body pumping with natural hormones at peak (18-23ys my guess) and training properly can expect to put on 15-20lbs of lean muscle in one year.

As you get older and get more training experience it becomes increasingly difficult to put on lean muscle mass even under optimal conditions.

I can only expect to put on around 5lbs lean muscle mass in a year.

This is a general idea, individual genetics plays a major part as well.

Increase in weight does not mean increase in lean muscle mass, this is where bf% becomes important.

Additionally different training programs develop different attributes (strength vs size).
There are many guys in my gym who can easily lift more weight than me but don't look as big, ie they have diff training program and diff goals.

    -------------------

Workout time is irrelevant, workout intensity is the best measure of a successful workout IMO.

Training everyday is also not a problem if your program is structured so that there is adequate rest and recovery for the muscles being worked.

    ----------------------

When I workout I always pay very close attention to some key bb principles:
    -Intensity must be 100%
    -Strict form
-Time under tension, the more the better
-The negative portion, this is half the rep so respect it
-Rest time between sets, this depends on your goals
-Going to failure, this is an indication you have given 100% effort and have achieved max stimulation
    -Muscle pump

    ---------------------

    Hope this helps.
