Looking for (kind) critic about my workout???

I have recently started back training after around 2 years off through injuring both infraspinatus and supraspinatus in both shoulders, i have been researching ways to strengthening the muscles mentioned as well as the other two that make up the cuff! I have been exercising using the methods i researched using a theraband for around six months and have only this week started using weights, albeit very light weights, my question is about the w/o i have designed to progress from the one im doing just now! Its a super-set push/pull full body workout and goes as such:

Leg press - straight legged deadlift
    Leg extension - leg curl
Dumbbell press (neutral grip) - bent over row
Incline dumbbell press (same grip) - Lat pull-down
    Shoulder press - upright row
    Shoulder eversion - shoulder inversion
Tricep pushdown - E/Z bar curls

I plan on doing 3 sets of around 6 - 10 to reps (depending on how my shoulders goes) hopefully stick at 8 - 10, i need to start with the pink weights to begin with to build up the ligament and tendon strength in both shoulders, wondering if anyone has any experience with the same thing, i imagine someone will considering the type of injury, any input would help! Cheers

How do these exercises fit in when you consider your weekly schedule?
