Bill Pearl - 20 Months to a Champions Physique' program

    Hi guys,

Could I have some input on this program. Starting to feel like I am stagnating a bit and want to switch things up. Been at the same program for about 24 months now.

Training Programs - Bill Pearl Enterprises, Inc.

    Thanks
    ~T

Any program that lists a thigh extension as the first lift of the day, neglects squats (at least for the first two months I looked at), uses all those machines, and doesn't have me squatting a minimum of twice a week gets ignored. I think there are MUCH better options out there Tarmy.

Regardless, if you do run it, I wish you success with it

All I needed to hear Think I will increase intensity on my existing routine and switch a few exercises out and leave it like that for a few weeks and see what happens.

Thanks Doc, your input is always highly valued.

Tarmy let me ask you what are your goals exactly? Strength, size, leanness, etc? If you're interested I can send you some info and a link to a great book all about how to properly program training for different goals. The original model is primarily a strength routine for competitors, athletes, lifters, etc but it goes into detail about how to change the variables around to suit any needs. Let me know if you're interested buddy
