I've been genetically able to build a wide chest, and my shoulders seem wide but I don't feel like I have much actual delt muscle...anyways, my arms and imo delts are not proportional to my chest and back, I feel like I fill out my shirts too much in the chest and back but the sleeves flare out. What do you all think about keeping up with a range of exercise for growth in what I want caught up, and maybe sticking with heavy stuff for chest and back to save strength and muscle?
