    Back exercise

Back exercise-image-790898751.jpg what is the best exercise to build that point of your back? I do rows and t-bar rows, chainsaws etc, just wondering if anybody has any other ideas?

Seated cable rows with the V bar. Pull with the scapula, shoulders then biceps in that order. Strict form, no rocking. Done wonders for mine.

Bent over laterals but cheat so less rear delts and more traps (good for a finisher).

Bent over bb rows and db single arm rows. Make sure you use your back and not your arms when rowing which a lot do. But over all back exercises hitting every part using correct form will build a thick wide back.
