    HIIT routines or examples?

    Im going to be doing an AAS assisted lean bulk and want to do HIIT but im new to it. I understand the concept your cardio being shorter but at a higher intensity, but what are you guys doing to achieve this? Sprints? Treadmills? What else can be used in HIIT?

    Elliptical , bike etc. the idea is to go balls out for 20-30 sec then rest ( low intensity like walk or slow pace for 30-40 sec. Try to repeat this 15-20 times = 15-20 min. The thinking behind it is it keeps metabolism going all day and keeps insulin levels even.

    I do 60/60 sprints twice a week, and I do the sprints after a weight session. 10 rounds of sprints for 60 seconds, then walk 60 seconds, over and over till you complete 10 sets. Ofcourse you dont want to start right off the bat at like 10 mph on the treadmill if you havent done it before, it's not easy lol. Other than that, thats the only HIIT I do.
