Question 10 K Kettleball Workout Opinions

    Scenario:

Gone from gym for 1.5 months due to developing land in the jungle....no access to weights. I really do not want to drop off the workouts while gone.

10K Kettleball swing workout an ok option? Any other suggestions? I will also have one set of 35 lb dumbells to do form exercises with and a medicine ball.

Push ups, pull ups, and elastic bands will be good for upper body.

For lower body you can do plyometrics.

You can also look into undulating rope workouts and sledge hammer workouts, or tire flips.

Its not that hard to improvise if you are motivated about exercise.

Picking up elastic bands today. I have only used these for ankle injury physical therapy before.

FINALLY got past the severe burning stage in my shoulders during workout. Do NOT want to have to go back through that again.

Kettle bells are great. I do crossfit circuit type workouts with them incorporating swings, snatches, push ups, pull ups and what ever else you want to throw in the mix. If you can download anything while you're out there, download enter the kettle bell. Some killer workouts in there.

Found it! Downloading now. The 10K Kettle Bell challenge was a bit dry. I am anxious to check out what the Russian puts his in motion. I watched the video "5 things not to do with Kettle Bells" and it removed most my perceptions of the object lol. My gym does not have free barbel bar so this will definitely be used for the snatches.

    Thanks Again!
