Getting ready to start using Cutting Stack

Hey everyone. I'm getting ready to start using the Cutting Stack i ordered and had some questions. Here is my info

I've been lifting on and off for 12 years. I've finally recovered from my 2nd back surgery. So now i'm back to hitting the gym, but doing it carefully because I don't want another surgery. I haven't been eating the best so i put on a lot of weight (fat) and now im going to be cutting fat while at the same time build mass. I purchased the cutting stack to help me cut the fat fast. I don't know my body fat % but from my gut i can tell you, i'm fat. lol

    My Info
    Age: 32
    Height: 6'2" (74")
    Weight: 294

    Supplements
    CLA: 1000mg 3x daily
    Fish Oil: 800mg 3x daily
    Opt-men multivitamin: 3 tablets 1x daily.

I've been doing every other day weight lifting and cardio. Here is my workout routine

    Workout Schedule
    Day 1: Back, Biceps, Forearms
    Day 3: Chest, Triceps
    Day 5: Shoulders, Traps
Day 7: Start at Day 1 again

Each workout is 3 sets of 10-12 reps with medium weight supersets. I think im ready to start lifting heavy again. For cardio I've been doing 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and i'm going to start doing the Focus T25 workout until i can work my way back up to Insanity and Insanity: Asylum.

After my workouts i take a scoop of protein with 8oz water. I've been making protein shakes for my in-between meals that consist of:
    • 2 scoops protien
    • 2 cups oats
    • 3 bananas
    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 1 cup egg whites
    • 3 tbls peanut butter

I make 2 of those that i'll drink throughout the day. I also try to drink as much water as possible throughout the day. So does anyone see anywhere areas where I can add/change to get the most out of cutting stack? This is my first time using steroids so i wanted to ask people who have used them in the past. Once I finish this stack and get to where I want to be as far as fat then I plan on purchasing the mass stack. Anyways I'm looking forward to some great advice from this awesome community. Sorry this was so long, but i wanted to give you as much info as possible so you know where i'm currently at. Thanks

You got it a bit wrong for starters your shakes consist of far two many carbs one banana is enough cut out the oj the oatmeal and pb. You need to list your diet and what is your steroid cycle. A big problem that I see is that your workout does not include legs, if that is the case you need to start yesterday and if you haven't been training them then I am certain you are out of proportion and should start hitting them twice a week to make up for,the impoportion. Legs should never ever be skipped squats is ranked one of the best and most important exercises next to deadlift or bench. Your diet needs to be very low carbs just a small about in no kore than two out of six meals and that does not include shakes. You need to load up on protein and limit carbs if trying to cut fat.

You need to research which foods are low glycemic and also the importance of avoiding an insulin spike and how to keep your metabolism burning efficiently. Calculate your TDEE and plan your diet around those numbers .

I apologize for my absence. My divorce is finally finalized so no more court appearances! Thank you all for your responses. Im now getting back into this. I was also confused as I am new to this. When I said cutting stack I purchased the pills from this site and found out later those were not steroids. Won't make that mistake again. I still have not cycled anything yet however a friend of mine who's been on/off for 13 years is talking about Test Cypionate and Test Enanthate. I asked him what to use for PCT and he said he doesn't cycle off (I already asked about if i should cycle on/off in another thread so i will not repeat here). I have cut out the the shake i posted before. I now just do protein shakes in my shaker cup after my workouts. My friend is going to go over different shakes with me.

As for my legs I haven't been doing leg workouts due to my back surgeries. I'm going to start doing light reps with legs to get working on those, but no I'm not out of proportion. I actually have a muscular build and my legs are very strong and solid (just not ripped). I will keep everyone updated on my status and how things are going in other threads. Again, thank you all for your replies and look forward to seeing you on the forums.

To lose fat, you don't really need steroids. Well, you don't want to use steroids to lose fat. Fat and steroids don't mix well. A lot Test will amortize into estrogen and will increase your chances of gyno (gyno is pre-cancerous). What you really want to do is to work out a very good eating plan, cardio workout, and lifting routine until you can bring your fat level down to 15% or lower. Lower the body fat the better your AAS cycle will be.
