There was a pretty blonde woman yesterday working with a trainer and grunting loudly (like an orgasm) the whole time, that the entire half of the gym could hear. As attractive as it was, it was more distracting then anything. Hard to get a good workout with that. for me at least.

I love working out around women. It's hard to hit the gym when there's minimal douches, but a few female asscracks to look at while you pound out those tough end-set reps. If I have a nice butt to gaze upon, pain just becomes some kind of game to me. I feel it, but my mind is on the ass, so, I really do not feel it.
It's all about the butt.

when I do cheater curls I like to position myself behind a nice female butt on a treadmill for extra oomph.

Yeah it is nice to look at for sure, it was the grunting noises that were throwing me off. She def was trying to get attention. "Look at me I'm so hot" lol

Kids working out is another one. Can't stand seeing groups of guys that look like they are 12 giggling and messing around with the weights. Adults only gym sounds like where it's at.

Weights not being racked for sure...Otherwise groups of people being social. They never seem to have spacial awareness and get in the way or bump into you mid rep. Just last week: Db benching and guys taking pictures bump into me mid rep | group of girls talking while I was squatting and some how moved into a spot that blocked me from re-racking the weight | deadlifting in a rack and a group formed behind me that I had to walk around every time I wanted to add weight.

My thoughts exactly haha
I hate when people stand in ur view of the mirror mid set, not just because I love to stare at myself, but it's really off putting lol. I've had a staff member come up and re-rack the weights around the bench that were clearly being used as well, quite frustrating lol.
