    Which routine should I do?

Okay guys n gals, I've been training for about 3 years nearly and I'm quite happy with my routine and I don't feel overtrained whatsoever. But I'm looking to see if I can maximise my muscle gains. So here's my routine:
    Day 1- Chest/tri's
    4 Chest exercises/ 3-4 Tri's exercises
    Day 2- Back/bi's
    4 Back exercises/ 3-4 Bi's exercises
    Day 3- Shoulders
    4-5 Shoulder exercises (1 anterior/2 medial/2 posterior) 2-3 Traps
    Day 4- Bi's/Tri's
    3-4 Bi's exercises/ 3-4 Tri's exercises
    Day 5- Legs/abs
    2-3 Quads/ 2 Hamstrings/ 1 calves/ 2 abs
    Day 6 Rest
    Repeat

I wanted to switch to push/pull/legs so I'll post an example of what I'd do if that was my routine:
    Day 1- Push
    3 Chest/3 Delts/2-3 Tri's
    Day 2- Pull
    3 Back/2 Rear delts/1 Traps/ 2-3 Bi's
    Day 3- Legs/Abs
    3 quads/3 hammys/1 calves/ 1-2 abs
    Day 4 Rest
    Repeat

So thank you very much to anyone who read that wall of text and I hope I get some constructive criticism, any help will be greatly appreciated! thanks heaps, any advice will be taken. Just to give an idea of my goals, I'm looking for muscle tissue gains. Again thanks heaps!

you periodically need to switch routines anyways. The trick is establishing that mind/body connection where you are hitting the intended muscle groups without over relying on ancillary muscle groups to push/pull the weight.

Okay well I haven't switched for a god few months now so maybe I should. Also I don't throw the weights around lol I control the movement and always feel it within the muscle the intended exercise is supposed to hit. Thanks for the tip Roman, I think I'll switch. But one thing I have to ask is do you think either of those routines use too many exercises? As I said before though I never feel overtrained. Thanks again

Soo can anyone please help me out? Just wondering if I'll see better muscle gains doing push/pull/legs vs the split above.

It really depends. I'll hit a specific muscle group with a couple of different routines, with about three sets per routine. For me, anything more becomes over kill due to taxing the CNS. but I'm 2.5x older than you, so you'll need to figure some things out on your own.
