Can anyone give me a quick chest workout. Just feel like switchin up today and I have a little time before I go to the gym. I usually start like this.
Incline: 1 warm up, 3x8-10
Flat: warm up, 3x8-10
Dec: same
Inc flies: 3x10-15
Cable crossover: 3x10-15
Any suggestions for a little change. Lets try somethin new![]()
