Chest workout
Can anyone give me a quick chest workout. Just feel like switchin up today and I have a little time before I go to the gym. I usually start like this.
Incline: 1 warm up, 3x8-10
Flat: warm up, 3x8-10
Dec: same
Inc flies: 3x10-15
Cable crossover: 3x10-15
Any suggestions for a little change. Lets try somethin new

Flat bench press 10-6. 3 sets
incline press 10-6. 3 sets
bumbell flys 10 for 3
pullovers 10 for 3

flat dumbell--warm up then 3 sets 8-12
incline dumbell--warm up then 3 sets 8-12
decline dumbell--4 sets 8-12
flat flys--4 sets 12 reps
cable cross overs--4 sets 15 reps

Why dont you just try a similar rotuine, but instead of focusing on doing so many reps, try going heavy with less reps

why dont you try doing some plyometric chest, like using a medicine ball, like start with your hands on it and spring up in the air and land with your hands to the side of the medicine ball on the ground and then push up and land on the ball, do that like 3x5, i usually see no gains with decline bench press, incline is where its at and THIS.
