I have done lots of cardio in the pass like 5 miles 3 time per week for moths but I have never achieve the look I want that's why I'm looking for some help to get me ripped on my abdominal area.

I tried anavar in the pas and i lost a to of weight I was wondering now that I'm almost to the point I want, some of this stuff will help me.

Exactly correct. Having well defined abs is all about nutrition. You need to eat lean to look lean. There is no magic. Take any steroid you want. If your diet is planned to drop the unwanted bf, the gear isn't going to do it for you!

I had the same issue with winny v, diet is where it's at... Abs are made in the kitchen regardless of what "stack" you're on.

it's true. exercise can only take you so far. at some point, you have to take responsibility for what you put in your mouth, nutritionally speaking.

you don't necessarily have to get this detail oriented, but it's a way of staying focused and knowing what you eat. and at the end of the day, if you are short any macros, you know it, and you can "fill in the cracks" accordingly
