I am working on size at the moment (There is a lot of size to be added) and planning a cycle (at this time around august) and was wondering if anyone have any changes to propose to my current 5-day split.
Monday - Shoulders & Traps
4 x Overhead Barbell Press (Smith Machine)
3 x Overhead Dumbbell Press
3 x Dumbbell Lateral Raises
3 x Dumbbell Front Raises
4 x Barbell Shrugs
Tuesday - Legs & Abs
4 x Squats
4 x Legs Press
2 x Stiff Leg Deadlifts
2 x Leg Extensions
2 x Leg Curls
3 x Calf Raises
3 x Sit-ups Incline
3 x Side crunches with weights
3 x Leg Raises
Wednesday - Triceps & Biceps
4 x Decline Triceps Extensions
3 x Triceps Cable Push Down
3 x Cable Bent Over Triceps Extensions
3 x Cable Push Down with rope
Thursday - Back
3 x Pulldowns
3 x Rear Delt Row
2 x One Arm Dumbbell Row
4 x Deadlift
Friday - Chest & Abs
4 x Bench Press
4 x Pec Deck
3 x Flyes
3 x Decline Bench - Dumbbells
3 x Incline Bench - Dumbbells
3 x Sit-ups Incline
3 x Side crunches with weights
3 x Leg Raises
