    Talk me out of this...or don't

    Second week on first cycle (120 prop eod). Normally I do 531, 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. Lately it has been 2 on 1 of....2 on 1 off... I told myself that I am taking 2 days off. But I already feel ready to go...and go hard tomorrow. Am I crazy? Should I slow my roll or strike while the iron is hot?

    well nobody els answered you but you know your body better then any of us do the prop is going to increase your recovery rate I think 2 on 2 off is fine but I don't know what your doing for you on days if it's arms and abs followed by arms and abs then day off and arms and abs then ya probly a little to much in short I think your fine I personally do 3 on 1 off

    Whatever works. I train each body part once every 9 days. That works for me.

    training for strength and EOD training works for me, can even skip a day or so becomes 2-3x /week

    weather on cycle or not..
