    Motivation...

    Besides the freaking temple of a body you can acomplish.. What are your guys motives?? I can't seem to find a motivated bone in my disgusting body at the moment...

    You live in SoCal (I'm down in SD) and you can't find the motivation among all the hot little ladies running around in short summer dresses now? lol

    For me, it's just to prove to myself I can........and the stamina to bang my wife like a pornstar.

    My motivation is self protection. Ie if you fuk with me, I will fuk you up. haha.

    When I'm lacking motivation, there are several things I generally do. I may watch DY DVDS or other videos on YouTube. Sometimes, I'll watch old WSM DVDs. Then there are times that I'll just sit back, relax, and picture in my mind some of the times that I've noticed progress. Then I'll think about how that made me feel, hold onto to that feeling, and go hit the weights...also, there are the random days that I tell myself to get off my lazy @ss and get with the program.
    Try to discover what works best for you and roll with it....personally, I think MuscleInk suggested a great strategy.
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
