Weighted Vests anyone?

Anyone have a good, inexpensive source for weighted vests?

Check with Gearbox. A few months ago, he was using something for his cardio that held an additional 50lbs of weight. Really helped him with dropping bf. Not sure if he was just using a backpack or a weighted vest.

I have a TKO 40lb. Its very good quality, would recommend it.

I have used it along with a backpack with dumbbells. The backpack is kind of a pain to balance out the weights. I would stuff a pillow in the bottom then put the dumbbells on top.

If you can buy a 100lb vest from the start that would be the way to go. More expensive but better in the long run.

If you are short on funds you can always rigg some 45plates with cordage.

Or better yet man get some steel chains and wrap them around your chest, that would give you a totally hardcore look
