How can I keep my gains if I stop cycling for six months ?
How can I keep my gains if I stop cycling for six months ? I gain 20 pounds and I would like to keep at least half is that possible and if it is what is the proper diet and training I should follow after the PCT?
I'm currently in a paleolithic diet (only complex cabs) but still lifting my max

ok about the training, here is my issue I have a plastic surgery on my nose because I can breath well for one of my nose holes, so I don't know how long this will keep me unable to work out hard, my surgery is two months from now and I start my pct tomorrow, nlova and clomid liquid.
so should I should keep working and eating hard before the surgery? or there is nothing I can do and I will lose it all when I stop working out, I believe I can go back to the gym probably 2 or 3 months after surgery.

As indicated above......and keep in mind, this is a journey, not a destination. Body transformations are a LONG TERM commitment. Don't expect to achieve everything in a limited time and to keep it. Many of us experience some gains and losses. It's to be expected, but for those who are serious about this, it is a LIFESTYLE. We don't hit our goals and stop. It's a constant process of improvement. Don't obsess about losing some gains, you will retain a good portion if you eat at or above your TDEE, continue to train, and realize that gains and losses are all part of the process and journey.

What do you cycle year round? "What if I stop cycling for the next six months". Your going to lose all that water weight you put on.

Eating over maintenance will just make you fat if your not training. Keep protein high, moderate carbs to keep the fat down. Real muscle is hard to lose unless you go into a deficit and are training a lot.
