Training 2x a Day?
Hi!
I'm new to this forum. I'm a 21 yo female. I've been lifting for about a year, but I'm new to AAS. This Sunday, I started training twice a day. As of right now, I feel like I'm borderline overtraining -- headaches all day, and a lot of fatigue. I have two questions: one, is this regimen too strenuous, even with the addition of Anavar?, and two, if you see any issues with this training plan, would you please recommend how I can fix it?
In the mornings, I run (anywhere from 1-4 miles) and in the evening I lift and run again (1-2 miles, faster pace). I'm currently eating around 1900 calories a day, with 140-180g of protein per day. The rest of my calories come from fruits, vegetables, nuts, plain Greek yogurt, etc. The only processed foods I eat are Quest Bars. I sleep 7-9 hours a night.
I've been on a Clen /T3 array this past month, and here are my current values:
- 100mg T3 per day
- 160 mg Clen per day
I start 10mg Anavar per day tomorrow, which I will ramp up to 20mg a day.
What do you guys think?
Thanks!
Nike

without knowing what type of training (lifting, right?) it sounds like you are over training.
Hit the muscle group hard for the day, and then rest your CNS (central nervous system)
muscle tissue grows when you allow it to rest.
or are you lifting in the AM and cardio in the PM?

i'd save this for a lagging body part and lessen the intensity as well. No shot in hell I could workout back or legs twice a day....
depends what training is to you.

Thank you both for your speedy responses!
I'm currently doing cardio in the AM and a lift followed by cardio in the PM. I only lift once a day.

Welcome to the board. What are your goals in your training? Seems like you're doing 30+ miles of running a week, thats a bit more than someone who's looking to build up muscle. You military or just looking to go on a Spartan race?

Davesah1 and Times Roman, thank you again for your responses!
Darkeness, thank you for your hello! Yes, I am military. Basically, my goals are to become faster, stronger, leaner, more agile, etc -- to become the best all-around athlete I can be. I love to lift and I love to run.
Spartan Races are a blast, but I deploy to the Middle East in a year, and I'm looking to be in the best combat-ready shape I can possibly be in.

TR, welcome back! Thanks for your service, man!
I wanted to add to what I said before. Like I said, I want to be the best athlete I can be. Since I'm training a lot, and I want to keep training a lot, I'm adding Var (10mg a day to start, since I'm new to this and a female) to my array in order to help build muscle and decrease recovery time. I'm more focused on building muscle strength over building muscle mass, though. It's all about functional, effective fitness capabilities for me.
It's time to be all that I can be!

Wish you all the luck, I've been there in 2002, 2004 and 2005 with the USMC. Way too much fun so ended up joining the private sector for a few years. Watch your 6 sistagirl.
