Ok Help me out here guys, I am 3 months into my house, and have not worked out at all ( The stress and timing ) Well It is time I get my fat ass in the gym again.. Here is what my schedule looks like..
M-F I work 11am-8pm
Weekends I have the full days. I hate working out in the morning's But I have not choice.. The reason for that is I have a 16 week old puppy that stays in a cage through out the day, and would be un fair to come home let him out for 5 min, only to throw him back in the cage with no human time.
How would you guys do your schedule? Thanks
