    Is this muscle split fine? Please read

    What's up fellas

    Quick question, is this muscle split fine

    Monday- Chest+Tricep
    Tuesday-Back+Bicep
    Wednesday-Shoulders+Legs
    Thursday- Rest
    Friday-Chest+Tricep
    Saturday-Back+Bicep
    Sunday- Shoulders+Legs
    Then Rest and repeat

    Take note, I am on Test + Dbol so my recovery is much quicker

    Or is this Better

    Monday-Chest+Tricep+Shoulders
    Tuesday-Back+Bicep
    Wed- Legs
    Thursday- Rest
    Friday- Chest+Tricep+Shoulders
    Sat-Back+Bicep
    Sunday-Legs

    id go with the second, you cant possible train legs heavy and hard and another bodypart, training legs is the equivalent of training upper body once you do, quads,hamstrings & calfs, im going to be doing a smiliar split 3 days on 1 off n so on

    Do you think I'll have enough recovery time with that split? What gear will you be on?

    gram test, 400mg tren or 600mg deca & slin post workouts. natualy id say this is too much however you dont need to be on that much gear to do that split. depends on the individual
    give it a go n see

    You're a young guy, so when on cycle take advantage of high serum levels by working out as frequently as possible. If you add an abdominals day into the second proposed workout then you don't waste a day on rest.
