Quick question, is this muscle split fine
Monday- Chest+Tricep
Tuesday-Back+Bicep
Wednesday-Shoulders+Legs
Thursday- Rest
Friday-Chest+Tricep
Saturday-Back+Bicep
Sunday- Shoulders+Legs
Then Rest and repeat
Take note, I am on Test + Dbol so my recovery is much quicker
Or is this Better
