I'm just done with my 8 weeks cycle and now trying to find a new routine to workout this week for maximum shredding
Please provide with exact exercise (sets, reps, rest)
Sunday: Legs + Cardio + Abs
Monday: Chest + Sides
Tuesday: Back + Cardio + Abs
Wedn: Shoulders +Sides
Thursday: Bi + Tri + Cardio + Abs
Friday: Interval Cardio (Sprints, Jumps, Fitness, Abs)
Saturday: Rest
If anyone has some creative and new cutting and shredding exercises please provide
