    New workout routines

    Hey guys , looking to spice up my workout routine some . Can someone share a good training record ? Please , I know it's not the proper thing to ask but I like to make things interesting ....

    And how often should one change there routine up ? I like to switch up mine every 3 or 4 months , is this essential ?

    I'd say every 4 to 6 weeks yes it's essential it's called muscle confusion and I always fall back to German volume training you could give that a try

    My routine I go heavy 6-8 rep 3 sets for 3 weeks then I do drop sets for 1 week (or twice per muscle) then 3 full days off then back at it.
