2 days on 1 day off split what you guys think ?

so at the moment i train 2 days on 1 day off a so on, prefer this to a mon-fri split. il lay out a rough idea of how i train and if you can let me know what you think. im aiming for size & strength here as im back bulking again all natural atm too.

    day 1: chest & bicep
    1. 5x5 bench press
    2. 3x8 incline DB press superset with incline flies
    3. 3x10 pec deck
    4. 5x5 barbell curls
    5. 3x10 DB hammer curls

day 2: quads, glutes & calvs
    1. 5x5 squat
    2. 3x10 leg press narrow foot position
    3. walking lunges 2 sets of 30meters
    4. 2x10 leg extensions
    5. 3x15 calf raises

    day 3: rest

    day 4: shoulders & triceps
    1. 5x5 standing shoulder press
    2. 3x10 lateral raises
    3. 3x10 rear delt flie
    4. 5x5 skull crushes
    5. 3x10 rope pressdowns

    day 5: back & hamstrings & calfs
    1. 5x5 deadlifts
    2. 3x10 barbell row
    3. 3x10 lat pull ups superset with close grip cable row
    4. 3x10 stiff leg deadlift
    5. 3x10 lying hamstring curls
    6. 3x15 calf raises

    day 6: rest

    then repeat and so on

this look like a good split to you guys, doing abit of strength & hypetrophy each session to hit all aread and also am seperating legs up giving hamstings there own day as they need more work to help imporive my leg strength and size. 2 days on 1 day off is okay not overtraining right ? each session is 60 minutes MAX more like 50 minutes to be honest. any tweaks that you think need please comment

Two days on and one day off Is fine. That's what I do myself and love it.

Looks good. Is it working for you? I do something close to that except day three is back and biceps, day four is abs and cardio and day five is shoulders, traps and delts. I also train abs on another day off the week. Plus cardio is 6 times a week. I only take one true rest day. Which I try to do absolutely nothing..
